SoFin Roost is a multi-tenant team workspace — CRM pipeline, lead records, booking pages, calendar, licensed-agent directory, analytics, and Discord webhook notifications. Public-facing Compass legal documents (community, calculators, quiz, and booking flow) also apply to Roost usage.

Workspaces, signup, and platform control

Anyone can request a workspace at /signup with email and password after accepting these terms. New workspaces stay pending until the platform owner (apexhit00@gmail.com) approves them. Until approval, login is blocked. The platform owner can suspend, archive, trash, restore, or permanently empty-trash a workspace. Tenant members never receive platform-console access. Lead, pipeline, roster, booking, calendar, analytics, and Discord notification data stay inside the workspace that created them.

Internal Use & Confidentiality

Everything inside Roost — lead contact details, calculator/quiz responses, appointment notes, and team member information — is confidential and provided to you solely to do your work as a SoFin mentor/team member. Don't export, forward, or share lead or team data outside of Roost, and don't use another team member's account or PIN. Access is logged; suspicious activity (repeated failed sign-ins, unusual data access) may be reviewed by the account owner.
