Everything inside Roost — lead contact details, calculator/quiz responses, appointment notes, and team member information — is confidential and provided to you solely to do your work as a SoFin mentor/team member. Don't export, forward, or share lead or team data outside of Roost, and don't use another team member's account or PIN. Access is logged; suspicious activity (repeated failed sign-ins, unusual data access) may be reviewed by the account owner.
